PROGRAMME OF EVENTS for 2019/20

August  15th (Thursday)Visit to St Anne’s Bedehouses with a guided walk/talk from Ruth Kitchen, Warden at the Bedehouses with refreshments afterwards – this has limited spaces of no more than 20, therefore if you are interested then please book early (2pm)

September 14th (Saturday)Heritage Open Day – 10am – 4pm – Volunteers always needed – Please contact the Office to confirm

September 12th (Thursday) – Visit to Lincoln Cathedral where Dr Anne Irving and Contractor will give you a guided walk/talk with reference to the proposed ‘Cathedral Connected’ developments with refreshments afterwards at the ‘Connected’ HQ (27 Minster Yard) (2-3pm)

October  17th (Thursday) – Open Evening event with a talk from Drew Potts on ‘Let them Eat Cake’ an outreach project that helps to feed the homeless together with other support like essential items, mentoring, signposting etc within the City of Lincoln

November 28th (Thursday) – Open Evening event with a talk from Phil Hamlyn Williams on his proposed latest book that is to be published namely Charlotte Bronte’s Devotee – William Smith Williams

January 16th (Thursday) – Quiz Night – by Mrs Elys Varney (Great Hall – 7.30 pm)

July 9th (Thursday) – Open Evening event with a talk from writer Sharon Connolly on one of her biography’s ‘Heroines of the Medieval World’ Nicholaa De La Haye
