November 28th (Thursday) – Open Evening event with a talk from Phil Hamlyn Williams on his proposed latest book that is to be published namely Charlotte Bronte’s Devotee – William Smith Williams

January 16th (Thursday) – Quiz Night – by Mrs Elys Varney & Mr Peter Collins (Great Hall – 7.30 pm)

February 20th (Thursday) – Open Evening event with a talk from Barton On Humber Civic Trust in preparation for the Trust’s visit which will be held on 18th June 2020

March 12th (Thursday) – Open Evening event with a talk from Rev Canon Professor Peter Neil, Vice Chancellor of Bishop Grosseteste University on the ever changing scene of the University (7.30pm – Great Hall)

April 30th (Thursday) – Open Evening event with a talk from Caroline Killeavy, CEO, YMCA Lincolnshire (7.30pm – Great Hall)

May – AGM – Date in discussion

July 9th (Thursday) – Open Evening event with a talk from writer Sharon Connolly on one of her biography’s ‘Heroines of the Medieval World’ Nicholaa De La Haye (7.30pm – Great Hall)

July 16th (Thursday)Visit to Barton On Humber – Guided tour to be given by Barton on Humber Civic Trust – Arrive 11am – All information will be handed out to those who are going on the tour – please contact the office or complete the cut-off form on the Programme and return before 28th May, 2020.

August 13th (Thursday) – 2pm – VISIT to SAXILBY with a guided walk and talk by Mr Chris Hewis, Chairman of the Saxilby & District History Group around the area with light refreshments afterwards at the ‘Angler’s Pub – this should take around about 2 hrs

September 10th (Thursday) – Open Evening event with a talk from M/s Lara Cowen, President, Lincoln Women’s Institute on it’s activities and community involvement within the City of Lincoln (7.30pm – Great Hall)

HERITAGE OPEN DAY EVENT – SATURDAY, 12th SEPTEMBER – Due to lack of volunteers for this day event, we will now be opening only in the morning from 10am until 1pm – for further information please contact us

November 19th (Thursday) – Open Evening event with a talk from Mr Richard Croft, SLHA, on the newly proposed ‘Local List of Buildings & Structures of Local Importance’ which is being carried out by volunteers from the SLHA, the Civic Trust and other organizations within the City
